For the purposes of these Terms:

• •"KuKu" means the platform operated by KuTech Global LLC FZ or its authorised entity.
• •"User" means anyone accessing or using the KuKu platform.
• •"Creator" means an individual who creates and publicly shares original content, including but not limited to influencers, content creators, stylists, fashion creators, beauty creators, lifestyle creators, public personalities, or other creators approved by KuKu.
• •"Creator Closet" means a creator's collection of fashion items listed on KuKu.
• •"Buyer" means a user purchasing items through KuKu.
• •"Listing" means any item uploaded for sale on KuKu.
• •"Quality Check (QC)" means KuKu's optional paid inspection service selected by buyers before delivery.
• •"User Content" means any photographs, videos, text, descriptions, usernames, profile information, or other content uploaded by users.

To use KuKu, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years old.
• •Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• •Keep your account credentials secure.

Selling on KuKu is currently available only to eligible creators.

Creating an account does not automatically grant selling privileges. Every Creator Closet and listing is reviewed before becoming publicly visible.

KuKu reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

All users agree to:

• •Provide truthful and accurate information.
• •Respect other users.
• •Complete transactions only through KuKu.

Users must not:

• •Upload counterfeit, stolen, illegal, or prohibited items.
• •Misrepresent products or creator identity.
• •Circumvent KuKu's payment system.
• •Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users.
• •Upload content that infringes intellectual property or applicable law.

KuKu may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Every listing must:

• •Accurately describe the item.
• •Include authentic photographs of the actual product.
• •Clearly disclose the item's condition and any visible flaws.
• •Comply with KuKu's photography, content, and quality standards.

KuKu reserves the right to review, reject, edit, remove, or temporarily withhold any listing that does not meet our standards.

Listing approval does not guarantee future approval of subsequent listings.

Quality Check is an optional add-on available during checkout.

Where selected, KuKu will visually inspect the item before delivery to help verify that it reasonably matches the listing.

Quality Check is not:

• •A professional authentication service.
• •A guarantee of fit.
• •A guarantee of personal satisfaction.
• •A guarantee against manufacturing defects or allergens.

All payments must be completed through KuKu using approved payment providers.

Direct payments between buyers and creators are strictly prohibited.

Creator payouts are processed in accordance with the KuKu Payments, Earnings & Payouts Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by the KuKu Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Return requests may be approved where an item materially differs from its listing or otherwise qualifies under our policy.

Creators agree to:

• •Maintain accurate listings.
• •Provide truthful descriptions.
• •Make sold items available for pickup.
• •Upload only genuine products.
• •Follow all KuKu policies.

Failure to comply may result in:

• •Listing removal.
• •Withheld payouts.
• •Account restrictions.
• •Permanent suspension.

All KuKu branding, software, logos, graphics, website design, and original platform content remain the property of KuKu.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content while granting KuKu the marketing licence described in these Terms.

KuKu may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• •Upload counterfeit products.
• •Misrepresent identity.
• •Circumvent platform payments.
• •Abuse other users.
• •Repeatedly violate KuKu policies.
• •No longer meet KuKu's creator eligibility requirements.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

KuKu may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of KuKu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
