Every item on KuKu is unique.

The first successful checkout secures the purchase. If someone else checks out first, the item is no longer available.

Each Creator Closet has its own checkout, so you'll place a separate order for each creator you shop from. This helps us coordinate pickups, deliveries, and creator payouts smoothly.

No.

Quality Check is an optional add-on that can be selected during checkout if you'd like extra peace of mind before your purchase arrives.

If selected, our team will inspect the item to help ensure it matches the listing details before delivery.

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 working days, depending on pickup schedules and whether Quality Check has been selected.

Q28. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before the item has been collected from the creator.

Once pickup has taken place, cancellations are no longer possible.

If your item arrives significantly different from its listing, you may request a return within the timeframe outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

KuKu is currently a creator-exclusive platform.

Selling is available to creators, influencers, stylists, and other eligible public personalities who create and share original content.

Every Creator Closet and every listing is reviewed before becoming visible on the platform.

Q32. Do I need to be invited to sell?

No.

You don't need an invitation to join KuKu.

If you're an eligible creator, simply create an account and submit your Creator Closet for review. Our team will assess your profile and listings against our creator and quality standards before approving your closet.

Q33. Do I need a minimum number of followers?

No.

We welcome creators of all sizes. Approval is based on the quality of your content, your Creator Closet, and whether you meet KuKu's creator eligibility requirements-not simply your follower count.

Q34. What can creators sell?

Creators can list clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery, and fashion accessories that meet KuKu's quality standards.

Counterfeit, prohibited, heavily damaged, or unsuitable items cannot be listed.

Q35. Do creators keep their items after listing them?

Yes.

Your items stay with you until they're purchased.

Once they sell, KuKu coordinates pickup and delivery, making the process seamless from your closet to your buyer.

Q36. Can I edit my listing?

Yes.

You can edit your listing before it sells. Significant changes may require another review before the listing is republished.

Q37. How do I know if someone made me an offer?

You'll receive a notification whenever a buyer submits an offer.

You can accept, decline, or send a counter-offer directly through the app.

Q38. Does KuKu charge commission?

Yes.

KuKu charges a commission on every successful sale. This helps cover secure payments, platform operations, logistics, customer support, and marketing.

Q39. When do I get paid?

Creator payouts are made via bank transfer within 7–14 working days after:
• Your item has been delivered.
• The return period has ended.
• Any disputes have been resolved.

Q41. Does KuKu authenticate luxury items?

KuKu does not provide professional luxury authentication, yet!

Creators are responsible for providing proof of authenticity for luxury listings.

Q42. What proof of authenticity can I upload?

You may upload:
• Original purchase receipt
• Authenticity card
• Original invoice
• Serial number
• Certificate of authenticity

Listings without sufficient proof may be rejected.

Q43. What happens if an item is found to be counterfeit?

Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited.

Creators are solely responsible for the authenticity of the items they list. Listings found to be counterfeit may be removed immediately, with the creator's account subject to suspension or permanent removal.

All payments are securely processed within KuKu using licensed third-party payment providers.

No.

For everyone's safety, all payments must remain within the KuKu platform.
