KuKu is a lifestyle platform where users can buy, sell, or give away fashion and home items through one trusted, curated community.
Q2. How does KuKu work?
KuKu connects buyers and sellers through verified listings. Sellers can either manage their own items or opt for KuKu-managed listings. All listings are reviewed before going live to ensure quality and accuracy.

KuKu currently operates across the UAE, with local pickup, quality checks (if selected), and deliveries handled within the country.

You may raise a return request within 8 hours of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, KuKu will arrange return pickup and process the refund as per the Return & Refund Policy.

Q22. What items are allowed for sale?
Clean, gently used or new clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories in good condition.
