• •A unique username (assigned by KuKu)
• •A secure password

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

You may not create or maintain a KuKu account if you:

• •Have been previously suspended or permanently banned from KuKu.
• •Provide false, misleading, stolen, or incomplete information.
• •Create multiple accounts to bypass platform rules, penalties, or restrictions.
• •Engage in fraudulent activity, including manipulation of listings or transactions.

• •Each individual is permitted one personal account only.
• •Account sharing, selling, or transferring access is strictly prohibited.
• •You are fully responsible for all actions performed under your account.

KuKu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• •False or fraudulent information is identified
• •The account is used to list prohibited or illegal items
• •There are repeated or serious violations of KuKu policies, community guidelines, or applicable UAE laws

Account termination may result in loss of access to services, listings, or wallet balances, subject to applicable laws.
